All rimless aquariums and electronic products offered by Ultum Nature Systems are backed by a comprehensive limited warranty. In the unlikely event that any unit is proven to be defective, severely damaged or is missing parts, the original dealer in which the item was originally purchased from should be contacted immediately. If the item in question falls out of the retailers policies, all claims will then be handled by Ultum Nature Systems directly.

Warranties provided are non-transferable and are effective immediately starting from the date of original purchase.

Ultum Nature Systems assumes no liability and will not be held responsible in any way for any loss, damage, inconvenience or injury resulting from equipment failure due to improper handling, user error, negligence or abuse that is non-compliant with safety instructions and warnings included.
